“Technical App Update Session for Riders”

It is really necessary to have fair knowledge on the upgradation of Digital parts. Even before the pandemic food delivery apps were a savior, now it has become a boon for a lot of people. Fooza Foods Pvt. Ltd., a Kolkata based food tech start up app has come with many unique features. It is built on an innovative technology platform that allows customers to not just order food from their nearby locations but anywhere within the city and get it delivered at their doorstep. To encourage the riders, The Skill Development Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Fooza Foods Pvt. Ltd. hosted a virtual session on “Technical App Update Session for Riders” today in the esteemed presence of Mr. Subrata Dutta, Chairperson, Skill development Committee – The Bengal Chamber of Commerce& Industry & Managing Director of The George Telegraph Group, Mr. Dibyendu Banerjea, ‎Co-Founder CEO and Managing Director, Fooza Foods Private Limited and Mr. Kapil Lohia, Chief Technology officer 7 Chief Product officer of Fooza Foods Private Limited.

To maintain the level, the app undergoes with technical updates in every 3-6 months. As the app has given opportunity to the undergraduates pass out boys and girls as riders as well at their platform, it is really important to enlighten them with those technical upgradations each time so that it becomes easier for them to handle and manage their part of work. A session is held to update them on the upgradation by the managing team of Fooza Foods Pvt. Ltd. in the regional language to avoid any language barrier issue with the riders.

During the session Mr. Dibyendu Banerjea is the Co-Founder CEO and Managing Director of Fooza Foods Private Limited said ” There is no age bar for learning. Since the whole country are dealing with such deadly virus and many people have lost their jobs. Fooza has increased platforms for people. In this online platform one should know how the whole industry is working under such pandemic situation. This session will help the riders to have a better knowledge in the field of technical operation.”

Addressing the session Mr. Subrata Dutta Chairperson of the skill development committee of BCC&i said “The Skill Development Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry always encourages programs around skilling and up-skilling of human resources, which is present technical need of the industry. In this context, The Skill Development Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry in association with Fooza Foods Pvt. Ltd. has hosted the session through virtual platform, so that it becomes easier for them to receive and manage their orders and deliveries. This workshop will be of benefit for all workforce and organizations dealing with newly boomed online delivery industry.”
